2. Construction content 施工工作内容

Preparation施工准备阶段

1） The organization structur for electric installation is comprised of one Electric Engineer, One Installation Foreman, with other qualified technicians according to the project progress rovided by Owner.

1）建立电气安装工程的组织机构，由1个电气工程师、1个施工队长、根据业主提供的施工进度表安排若干个电工组成。



2） Organize the construction personnel to get familiar with the construction drawings, relevant document, regulation and standard etc, especially the ECHNICAL SPECIFICATION , the responsible engineer shall organize the technical meeting so as to get every team member understand the construction key steps, to assure the completion of the electric installation smoothly.

2）组织施工班组及有关人员熟悉施工图、资料、规范、标准等，特别是罗地亚提供的《项目总技术要求》更要详细了解，主管技术人员向施工班组作技术交底，并做好技术交底资料，使施工人员熟悉该工程各部分的施工技术要领，以便尽快顺利地完成电气安装工作。



3） Prepare the following equipment: 2 sets of 2T hydraulic lifter, 3 sets of 2T chain block,4 sets of welding machine, 3 sets of hydraulic tongs used for wire connection, 2 sets of drilling machine, 2 sets of electrical hammer, 4 sets of electrical driller, 4 sets of hole opener, 4 sets of moment wrench, 4 sets of benzine blowlamp, 5 sets of multimeter, 2 sets of megohmmeter (500V and 2500V), 1 set of earthing resistance tester and wiring tools, all kinds of spanner, etc.

3）主要施工器材的准备，应配备如下器材：2t液压车2台、2t手拉葫芦3台、电焊机4台、液压压线钳3台、钻床2台、电锤2台、电钻4台、开孔器4套、力矩扳手4套、汽油喷灯4套、万用表5台、兆欧表2台（500V、2500V各一台）、接地电阻测试仪1台及适量的接线工具、各种扳手等。



3. Construction stage 施工阶段

1）Civil work cooperation: Electrical workers shall start work earlier when civil work is in progress and shall cooperate with civil workers closely to finish reservation and pre-embedding work.

1）土建配合：土建施工过程中，电气施工人员及早介入，密切配合土建施工，做好预留、预埋等工作。



2） Equipment and material inspection

● Equipments & Materials Inspection List accompanying with quality certificate, production license, quality warranty shall be submitted to Ecolab/JLL for check after equipment and materials are transported into the site.

● Equipment and materials on site shall be checked and approved by Ecolab/JLL before they are applied in construction.

2）设备、材料报验

●设备、材料进场后应向Ecolab/JLL提交“设备材料进场报验单”，并附产品合格证、生产许可证、质保书等质量资料，由Ecolab/JLL审核。

●进场设备、材料经Ecolab/JLL核查同意后方能用于工程。



● As for important equipment and materials such as transformer, electrical panel, cabinet, and communication equipment, they shall be unpacked and handed over in the presence of Ecolab/JLL for the check of product quality and technical documents.

● Electrical panel & cabinet in central control room shall use existing device, which must be inspected and tested before installation; if any non-conformance, report to Ecolab/JLL.

●对于重要设备、材料如变压器、电气盘、柜等应会同Ecolab/JLL等单位参与设备开箱交接，共同检查产品质量和技术文件。

●中控室内的电气盘、柜是利用旧设备，安装前必须进行检查和测试，如不符合要求必须上报Ecolab/JLL。



3）Electrical installation 3）电气工程安装

1、Electric installation should conform to working process and the relevant regulations.

2、Each completed process shall be approved by Ecolab/JLL after self-inspection by Construction Company. The next process can be started only after the previous process is up to standard.

●根据安装工序，认真做好每一道工序的安装工作，严格按规程施工。

●每做好一道工序，施工单位自检合格后报Ecolab/JLL验收，验收合格后方能进入下一道工序。

6. Installation of distribution panel/box and power switch cabinet

配电盘(箱)及动力开关柜安装



1）Requirements on Civil Work for installation of panel, cabinet and box

盘、柜、箱安装对土建的要求



Civil work such as indoor floor and painting, etc. shall be completed before installation of switch cabinet, panel and box. Pre-embedded part and reserved holes shall be in accordance with design requirements. Installation of doors and windows and decoration of suspended ceiling shall be finished. During installation of packaged panel&cabinet (non-handcart type) and box, foundation channel steel shall be higher than cement ground. Protruding portion shall be no more than 10cm.

开关柜、盘、箱安装前土建应结束室内地面、粉刷等工作，预埋件，预留孔符合设计要求，门窗安装完毕，吊顶装饰工作结束。对非手车式成套盘、柜、箱安装其基础槽钢应出水泥地面10cm以下。



2）Unpack inspection of panel, cabinet and box

盘、柜、箱开箱检验



Prepare necessary tools before unpack inspection. Carry out visual inspection on electrical equipment on site after arrival Check to see if nameplate, specification as well as electrical component and H/L voltage support insulator are in good condition. Erection shall be carried out after inspection and approval.

盘、柜开箱检验前备好必要的工具，待电气设备运抵现场后开箱进行外观检查，核对名牌、规格、电气元件是否完好，高、低压支架绝缘子是否完好，验收合格后方能安装。



3） Allowable installation deviation of panel, cabinet

Per allowable deviation of perpendicularity ≤1.5mm; top deviation of adjacent two panels ≤2mm; top deviation of a row of panels ≤5mm; surface unlevelness of adjacent two panels ≤1mm; surface unlevelness of a row of panels ≤5mm; Joints between panels ≤2mm

3）盘、柜安装允许偏差

垂直度每米允许偏差≤1.5mm，相邻两盘顶部≤2mm；

成排安装其顶部≤5mm；盘面不平度相邻两盘边≤1mm;

成排盘面≤5mm，盘面接缝≤2mm



4）Installation of panel, cabinet 盘柜安装

Place switch cabinets on their locations according to drawings after they are transported into distribution room. Apply precise alignment after general alignment for each cabinet during erection. As for a row of cabinets, install from the middle one and carry out levelness and alignment. And then extend to both sides to make their panel surfaces consistent, orderly with equal clearance. Dimension of each part shall meet the requirement of “allowable deviation for panel and cabinet installation” after completion of assembly. Fix distribution cabinet on the foundation channel steel in the end.

开关柜运至配电室后，按照图纸排列的顺序放在安装的位置，立柜时可先把每一柜调整到大致水平位置，然后再精确的调整，成排柜安装一般从中间一块盘开始，找平找正，然后向两侧沿伸安装，并使它们的盘面一致，排列整齐、间隙均匀，全部组装完毕后，测量各部位的尺寸应符合“盘柜安装允许偏差”要求。最后将配电柜固定在基础槽钢上。



5）Door of panel and cabinet shall be flexibly opened/closed after installation. Manual on/off of switch shall be in normal state. Generally, the breaker will not be disassembled, but it shall be tested and aligned on stroke, contact tip action time, bounce time, direct current resistance, insulation test and simultaneity of three-phase contact tip, etc. All the wiring board, button and indicator shall have firm tags.

盘、柜、安装后要求门启闭灵活，开关手动分、合闸应正常，无异常情况。断路器，一般情况不需作解体，但应按产品说明书进行行程，触头动作时间, 弹跳时间，直流电阻、绝缘特性试验，三相触头的同期性等检查和调整。所有的接线板、按钮、指示器都应有牢固的标签。



6）Installation of busbar inside panel and cabinet

盘柜内母排安装



Installation of bolt lapping surface between bus and bus or bus and electrical connection terminals shall follow:

 Keep the contact surface of bus cleaning after processing and it shall be coated with electrical compound grease.

 Bolt shall be installed from downside to upside when place bus in horizontal way. Under other condition, nut shall be placed on repair side and bolt length shall be 2～3 thread over nut.

 Both outsides of bus, which is connected by through bolt, shall use flat washer. Clear distance between neighboring bolt washer shall be more than 3 mm. Spring washer or lock nut shall be used beside nut.

母线与母线或母线与电器接线端子的螺栓搭接面的安装，应符合下列要求：

●母线接触面加工后必须保持清洁，并涂以电力复合脂。

●母线平置时，贯穿螺栓应由下往上穿，其余情况下，螺母应置于维护侧，螺栓长度宜露出螺母 2 ～ 3 扣。

●贯穿螺栓连接的母线两外侧均应有平垫圈，相邻螺栓垫圈间应有 3mm 以上的净距，螺母侧应装有弹簧垫圈或锁紧螺母。
